Shipping Policy
All of the shipping will be delivered by DHL or other courier of any suitable couriers. With the Museodesign(s), I am trying to ensure the shipping will be secured and fast. Normally, it will take 3-5 days for most of the places. Anyway, they may lead up to 30 Days. if your address is within the remote areas or is updated with additional cost by DHL- We will write to you to inform the fee or maybe find an alternative way to ship the products to you.
You can save the cost of shipment by ordering up to 8 kaftans per shipment
Return & Exchange Policy
All of the products are handmade and dedicated crafted for each personal size so refund and return are not allowed. After the order is placed, I will email for the size chart and also more information to ensure the best clothes or products be exactly what your expectation. Anyway, during the fitting, you may don't like anything. Don't worry, please write to me and I will find the best solution for you :)
